Games & editions
Titles with player count, playing time and age, translations for every content language and language editions with SKU, EAN and recommended retail price.
Made for board game publishers
GameRP connects game development, bills of materials, supplier offers, warehouse, sales and crowdfunding. You see what a print run really costs and whether it arrives in time for Essen, the retail launch or the fulfillment of your campaign.
Sound familiar?
A single game has dozens of components, several suppliers, editions in different languages and sales channels from the wholesaler to the backer. GameRP brings it all together.
01
Quotes in EUR, USD and CNY, with different minimum quantities, setup costs and lead times – hard to compare at a glance.
02
The fair, the retail launch or the promised delivery to backers: the cheapest manufacturer is no use if the goods arrive too late.
03
Several warehouses, fulfillment partners and sales channels – without one overview, nobody knows what is really available.
All modules included
Nine modules that work together – every contact, every edition and every amount is entered once and used everywhere.
Titles with player count, playing time and age, translations for every content language and language editions with SKU, EAN and recommended retail price.
Box, boards, cards, tokens and rulebook per edition – with quantities, costs per game, total weight and the longest lead time.
Several offers per component in any currency: unit price, MOQ, setup costs, dimensions, weight, lead time and validity. One offer is selected.
Artwork, print files, rules texts and marketing material per game and language, with version history, download and status workflow.
All contacts in one place: suppliers, manufacturers, wholesalers, retailers, backers and partners – with CRM status, activities, estimated and realized volume.
Several warehouses at different locations. Goods in, goods out, transfers and corrections per edition, with a movement journal and no negative stock.
Wholesale, retail, web shop, conventions, direct sales and crowdfunding – with price lists per channel and orders from draft to shipping.
Campaigns with pledge levels, add-ons and stretch goals. Import backers and pledges, and turn paid pledges into fulfillment orders.
Revenue per channel and month, CRM pipeline, stock and campaigns at a glance – plus the costing board for the choice of suppliers.
Costing board
Enter the print run and the target date, then use a slider to decide how much price and delivery time should count. GameRP evaluates every offer of every component and recommends the best combination.
Crowdfunding
Pledge levels, add-ons and stretch goals live next to your bill of materials, your CRM and your warehouse. Unlocked stretch goals can add components to the bill of materials directly.
Import of the backer report as CSV. Repeated imports update existing pledges instead of creating duplicates.
Connection via API key with manual or hourly sync, or import of the CSV export.
Connection via API token with manual or hourly sync, or import of the CSV export.

No. Every publisher works in a separate tenant. All data is filtered by tenant, and direct links to records of other tenants lead to "not found".
Any ISO currency. Offers, orders and campaigns keep their original currency; dashboards and the costing board convert into your base currency. If an exchange rate is missing, it is clearly flagged and never calculated 1:1.
Yes. Games and components get translations for each content language, and editions and assets carry their own language. The interface itself is available in German and English.
Kickstarter has no public API. You therefore import the backer report as a CSV file; GameRP creates pledges and backer contacts and updates them when you import again. BackerKit and Gamefound can also be synchronized via API.
